Woohoo!!

Okay, not a huge drop, but at this point, any drop is worth celebrating... I dropped two pounds this week without killing myself in the gym.

I did go to the gym twice with Michael. We did a full body circuit for resistance training and 20 minutes of running (13 minute mile pace for me) for cardio training on each trip. We were planing on going again on the 4th and then again yesterday, but we didn't quite make it. We were much too lazy all weekend. But, I did do some digging/landscaping work in the back yard on Saturday and Michael mowed the lawn yesterday, so we did get some exercise...

Okay, enough with the celebrating and now back to work. I have a lot to do this week before I head for Dallas to visit The Manz.

You Rock! Celebrate away. I am just happy I was able to not gain any this weekend. I ate a lot of food.
Enjoy visiting Mandy and definately have too much fun.
