Too old...

I'm getting way to old to party like I did this weekend. Congratulations to Chris and Mindi on their beautiful (and fun) wedding and reception, but I'm still recovering...

It doesn't help that a couple of us decided to get drunk (and succeeded in doing so) at the reception. It also doesn't help that after the reception we all went back to Dan's house to drink more.

After a while, Frank, Dan, and Angie started smoking cigars. A pot of coffee was brewed, random food was eaten, and random drinks were mixed. We finally left Dan's house at around 3:15 to take Angie to her house and didn't arrive home until around 3:45. The cats started to run around at around 7:15 and the alarm went off at 8:30 so we could go pick Kyle up.

After the (long) family picnic at Shawnee Mission Park, Michael and I took a nap for a couple of hours while Kyle watched TV and alternated between waking each of us up to cuddle/snuggle for a while. It's now almost 11:00 and I'm soooooo unbelievably tired.

Overall, it was a good weekend and I hope that Chris and Mindi had a good time and will enjoy memories of their wedding weekend. (but I'm getting way too old to do this)
