I'm going to walk for an hour tomorrow and then do yoga in the morning on Saturday followed by a 45 minute run/walk in the afternoon. Sunday is for sleeping while Michael watches football.

Weight update
Jenny is such an example… (Yea, Jen!) I have to go ahead and post my numbers now…
Current Weight – 160.5
Goal Weight for 1/25 – 159
Exercise so far this week – 3 sessions (2 running/walking, 1 yoga)
Goal for week of 1/19 to 1/25 – 7 sessions total (4 running/walking, 3 yoga)
Goal weight for 1/31 – 156
Goal weight for 2/28 – 147
Goal weight for 3/31 - 137
Overall goal weight – 130
I should be doing walking/running on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Yoga should be on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. I didn’t go to the gym last night, so I went for my walk/run this morning before work and I’ll do yoga after Kyle goes to bed tonight. Next week I’m going to try to switch everything to mornings because by the time I get home from classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings I’m just pooped and I really don’t want to leave the house.
Here’s to continuing to set and re-set goals and not getting discouraged. Life happens – roll with it and enjoy it!

New plan...
I know that I will always weight more than I look like I weight because I have so much muscle mass. Given that, there's not point in paying too much attention to the scale. It will never be my friend. When I was in great shape and a size 6, I was 146 pounds because I was solid muscle with 15% body fat. (and that was seven months after I had my son - thank you ballroom dancing five night a week for four months!) I will always be technically overweight.
So, I'm going to focus on size and fitness level. Common sense, right? Absolutely, but it's so easy to get off track and judge your progress based solely on what the scale says. Every diet tracking program uses weight to measure progress. Yes, I will, in the course of getting fit and dropping sizes, lose weight, but I look at that as incidental.

Woohoo!!
I did go to the gym twice with Michael. We did a full body circuit for resistance training and 20 minutes of running (13 minute mile pace for me) for cardio training on each trip. We were planing on going again on the 4th and then again yesterday, but we didn't quite make it. We were much too lazy all weekend. But, I did do some digging/landscaping work in the back yard on Saturday and Michael mowed the lawn yesterday, so we did get some exercise...
Okay, enough with the celebrating and now back to work. I have a lot to do this week before I head for Dallas to visit The Manz.
